Shipment Processing Times:
Orders to the USA take 3-5 days to process. International orders usually take 2 - 4 weeks to process.
Please note that during public holidays there may be delays and increased processing times.
Tracking information will be sent as soon as the order is shipped. In the event that tracking information is not provided, please contact info@emilykeownart.com, and order updates will be provided.
EmilyKeownArt has no control over shipping times and is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to me at info@emilykeownart.com.
Please show proof of damage or defect no later than 14 days after delivery. I will reach out for a replacement on your behalf.
Lost Items:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense. However, I am not responsible for shipping delays or orders lost by the carrier.
Tracking is provided, if your order is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly.
Wrong Address:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase in the case of damaged or defective products.
In order for items to be eligible for returns or exchanges, they must be in the same condition that you received them.
Please note that made-to-order (commission) items are not eligible for returns.

I sell physical prints of my original artwork. All prints are made to order and fulfilled by FinerWorks, a professional printing and shipping service. I do not offer digital downloads or commercial licenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Payment is taken securely at the time of order via Wix's payment system (e.g., card or PayPal)
