Shipping Availability:
Domestic and international.
Shipment Processing Times:
Orders to the USA take 3-5 days to process. International orders usually take 2 - 4 weeks to process.

Tracking information will be sent as soon as the order is shipped. In the event that tracking information is not provided, please contact info@emilykeownart.com, and order updates will be provided.
EmilyKeownArt has no control over shipping times and is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
RETURN POLICY
EmilyKeownArt does not offer returns or refunds for printed items, with the exception of damaged or lost items.
Damaged Items:
Damaged prints are replaced at no cost to you.
Any claims for damaged items must be submitted to info@emilykeownart.com within 30 days of receiving your print.
Please take some photos of the outer packaging and damaged prints to accompany your email.
Lost Items:
Lost prints are replaced at no cost to you.
Tracking is provided; if your order is lost or delayed, please contact info@emilykeownart.com within 30 days of placing your order.

Wrong Address:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs.​
