Shipping Availability:

Domestic and international.

 

Shipment Processing Times:

Orders to the USA take 3-5 days to process. International orders usually take 2 - 4 weeks to process. 

Please note that during public holidays there may be delays and increased processing times.

Tracking information will be sent as soon as the order is shipped. In the event that tracking information is not provided, please contact info@emilykeownart.com, and order updates will be provided.

 

EmilyKeownArt has no control over shipping times and is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

EmilyKeownArt does not offer returns or refunds for printed items, with the exception of damaged or lost items. 

Damaged Items:

Damaged prints are replaced at no cost to you. 

Any claims for damaged items must be submitted to info@emilykeownart.com within 30 days of receiving your print. Please take some photos of the outer packaging and damaged prints to accompany your email. 

Lost Items:

Lost prints are replaced at no cost to you. 

Tracking is provided; if your order is lost or delayed, please contact info@emilykeownart.com within 30 days of placing your order. 

 

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs.​

I sell physical prints of my original artwork. All prints are made to order and fulfilled by FinerWorks, a professional printing and shipping service. I do not offer digital downloads or commercial licenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please note: colours may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings.

 

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Payment is taken securely at the time of order via Wix's payment system (e.g., card or PayPal)
I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged

 

4. Order Process
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that I have received your order, but acceptance is subject to availability and successful payment processing.
I reserve the right to cancel any order if I believe there has been an error or fraudulent activity.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by FinerWorks
I ship internationally
Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout but are not guaranteed
You are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply in your country
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. I cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

 

6. Custom Artwork / Commissions
If you commission an artwork separate terms will apply.

 

7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content on this website are the property of Emily Keown. Purchasing a print does not grant you the right to reproduce, copy, resell, or distribute the artwork in any form.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping providers
Minor variations in colour, size, or finish
Customs or import delays
My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

 

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
