The retainer fee is to confirm your commission (as I only take a certain number of commissions per month) and to cover the cost of your thumbnail sketches.

The cost of a commission depends on the scope of the project, please email me if you have further questions regarding my fee.

All fees will be invoiced through e-mail and include a payment link. You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal.

You will receive two invoices. The first is for the retainer fee. The second is for the total fee of the artwork and must be paid before receiving your artwork.

Once you order your commission, you will receive the payment link for your retainer as well as my contract. The contract contains the terms and conditions for the project. Please find them below.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment terms: £50 retainer is due upon order. Payment is due within 30 days. 2% per month is due on overdue accounts.

2. Cancellation fees: 50% after sketches, 100% upon completion. (% of fee).

3. Artist reserves the right to use art for self-promotion. (i.e. website, portfolio, promotional directories).

4. All rights not expressly granted remain property of the artist.

5. Grant of any rights is conditional upon payment in full.

6. Client may not edit, correct, adapt, modify or change the finished artwork in anyway, without written permission from the artist.

7. All roughs, sketches and preliminary work remain property of the artist.

8. Revisions which are not the fault of the artist will be billed separately.

9. Client will indemnify, and hold artist harmless against any claim arising from artist’s reliance upon reference material provided to the artist by the client.

10. This artwork is not licensed for use in training, development, or operation of any artificial intelligence systems. Any use of this work for AI-related purposes is strictly prohibited without explicit, written permission from the artist.

11. This document takes precedence over any other document pertaining to this job.

As the original creator of the artwork, I retain authorship and the right to use the work for self-promotional purposes, such as inclusion in my portfolio.

I will grant you an exclusive, limited-use license, which permits you to display the artwork indefinitely for non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to use the artwork for any commercial activities.

Usage: Artwork Licensing Agreement

This Agreement is made between the Artist ("Licensor") and the Client ("Licensee") for the licensing of the artwork described herein ("the Artwork").

Exclusive Rights

The Artist grants the Licensee exclusive rights to the Artwork. The Artwork will not be reproduced, resold, or licensed to any other party by the Artist. It is understood that the Licensee is the sole recipient of this Artwork.

Limited Usage Rights

The Licensee is granted rights to display the Artwork for personal or non-commercial purposes only. The Artwork may not be used for commercial purposes including, but not limited to, merchandise, business branding, graphic design, signage, advertisements or logos.

No Sub-Licensing or Transfer

The Licensee may not sublicense, distribute, or transfer the rights to the Artwork to any third party without the Artist’s prior written consent.

By signing this document, the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Extra revisions come with a fee of £50 each and will be added to your final invoice.

I currently offer one revision stage during the approval of your sketch. This is the time to edit the composition and content of the image. If you require more revisions, I recommend discussing these with me during the next stage of the process when you pick your colour palette.

I do not offer revisions once the artwork is complete.

I do not accept returns or refunds, as commissioned artworks are one-of-a-kind products.

However, I do offer a return of your retainer fee only if I cannot complete your artwork due to photo quality, capacity, copyright issues, or timeframe restrictions. I will communicate this with you before beginning the sketch stage.

Yes, I accept commissions from businesses. Please contact me directly through email, rather than completing a form to discuss further.

If ordering for a gift or celebration, I recommend that you order your commission a minimum of 4 weeks before the due date.

Reference images must be high quality. If images are blurry or cropped poorly, I will not be able to capture certain elements for your artwork.
